SHIPPING POLICY 2022
There are two ways to receive your order: UPS ground shipping to the continental United States, or local pickup directly at my studio for customers in the NYC area.
UPS Ground: Orders will be packed and shipped in the order they are received within 7 days of receiving payment for the order. Once the order is packed, an email will be sent with the UPS tracking number so you can track your order and see the estimated time of delivery. Orders are shipped in the United States only.
Pick Up: If you select order pickup, you will not be charged shipping on your order. In your order confirmation email, you will see the following instructions to contact me to coordinate your pick-up:
Shipping Instructions
You will be responsible for traveling directly to the studio in Brooklyn to personally pickup purchased art work. I will not be delivering your order to your address, so if you are unable to travel to the studio, please select UPS shipping at the time of ordering. The studio address is:

All sales are final and no returns will be issued. Please email miszlai279@gmail.com if any issues arise with an order, or additional information is required before making a sale.
